Swiss Helicopter procures 15,000 liters of sustainable aviation fuel for internal use over the next year, boosting their sustainability efforts. This move supports pilot training, mandatory check flights, and other essential operations.
The Swiss Helicopter company Swiss Helicopter procures X-SAF for all its internal use for the next 12 months. Under the agreement 15’000 liters of X-SAF are delivered to the operational bases of the helicopter company.
Swiss Helicopter is already a leader in sustainability within the aviation industry. Since 2023 the company is procuring Carbon Removal from Carbonfuture for all its passenger flights.
The company is now increasing its efforts by procuring X-SAF for their internal usage, which is flights for pilots training, mandatory check flights and many other important flying tasks.
X-SAF is a highly innovative product, packaging Jet Fuel and durable Carbon Removal into a transparent and trackable zero emission aviation solution. It addresses the complexity of buying biobased SAF or eFuel and allows aviation companies to tackle their flight emission at scale when no bio-based SAF is available.
Altitude has several other aviation companies in their partner pipeline. The worlds first X-SAF purchase can be tracked here on the X-SAF platform for registered partners.
